Placenta encapsulation and other remedies are the perfect addition to your postpartum toolkit as they replenish beneficial nutrients to your postpartum body!
What is Placenta Encapsulation?
Placenta encapsulation processes your placenta into capsules and other remedies. The placenta is an organ that develops in the uterus during pregnancy. Its purpose is to provide nutrients and oxygen to your unborn baby. Placentas produce several healing substances that are supportive to your body during your postpartum period such as iron, oxytocin, and prolactin.
The process of encapsulation takes two days. We follow the Traditional Chinese Method, during which we steam, dehydrate, powder and capsule your placenta.
